Halloween Happening
Halloween Happening has been an annual event since 1991. We began this event to foster good will with area residents and local businesses. We close off Baldwin Avenue on Halloween and have local businesses come downtown and set up booths and give away goodies to the children. This provides a safe environment for the kids, as well as the parents. We sometimes hold window display contests for our businesses and costume contests for the children. We have even held a dog costume contest for a couple of years.
As with all of our events, this is free and open to the public. If you have a business and would like to participate by setting up a table, please contact us for more information. Halloween Happening lasts from 5pm until 7pm. To get involved, call 850-830-1661.
